We have staffed large public events such as "Tap Into Downtown Odessa" on a yearly basis, "Mac's Music Fest" in downtown Midland and large concerts such as Cody Johnson, Doobie Brothers, rodeos and various beer and wine festivals around the Permian Basin. We will have a staff manager on-site to help coordinate the staff and assure processes run smoothly. We will also match the theme of your event and wear logos as requested! Are you hosting ANY party or event soon? Well of course you want a bar then! Let us take the hassle out of the bar menu planning, serving and all that jazz! We have bartenders, cocktail waitresses, hostesses and barbacks to make sure your bar is setup, stocked and ready to pour some delicious concoctions! We also love helping create the perfect signature cocktail to match your event. We can sit down and go over favorites and even host a tasting prior to your event by request. Another item we can handle for you is the bar menu! We can discuss what you would like to serve, calculate how much of each item you will need and even make the order with the local liquor store for you! Our catering assistants are used quite frequently by several known local caterers. We have behind the scene staff to set-up, tear-down, clean-up, bus tables and throw trash during events. We also have temporary admin help for those registration tables for expos, conferences, golf tournaments, clay shoots, wrist band tables and ID checking!
